INGREDIENTS

1 shot Pink Elephant London Dry Gin

1 can of Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic Water

1 can of Fitch & Leedes Soda Water

Fresh lime

STEPS TO MAKE IT

  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. In a highball glass filled with ice cubes, pour the gin

  3. Top the up with half tonic and half soda water

  4. Gently stir to combine, but not so much so that you lose carbonation.

  5. Garnish with a lime wedge or lime slices. Serve and enjoy.
